GrafcoAST have also been perfected various professional software solutions for the colour separation and for its management for textile screen printing and digital printing. 

This powerful stand-alone software can separate an image up to 12 colours, allowing a final quality that has not yet been reached with other solutions.     

The example here was obtained by combining the colour separation of XerioSEP (6 colours) with the halftones of XerioRIP.

Colour Tag

Software that helps quickly generate with highest precision a Pantone colour or any other colour reference system without resorting to lengthy profiling.  

This software is extremely useful in the textile pigment digital print and sublimation ink digital print.  

Colour Reader

This is the main component of the Grafco Colour System. 

This tool offers two functions using the GrafcoAST software:

1) Ink Colour management

• Reads the colour of a surface
• It compares it to another colour (Colour Quality Control)
• It then presents a choice of the nearest colours to the one that has been read, among those available in the server Grafco.
• It suggests an indicative formula to make the colour that has been read using Grafco inks.

2) UV Lamp check

• It reads a special adhesive paper such as post-it
• This paper is put in a UV oven, sticking it to the surface to be tested (flat or object)
• Once out of the UV oven, the paper is read again by the instrument and you get the value in Mjoule of the UV energy received by the lamp when in the oven.
