STAHLS’ Introduces Patch Selector Tool to Simplify Emblem and Patch Ordering
STAHLS’ introduces its online Patch Selector Tool, giving customers a faster way to find the right patch for their design and discover options they may not have considered.
With one artwork upload, customers can check compatibility across 18 patch types, including embroidered, woven, PVC, debossed leather, FlexStyle®, Liquid 3D® and more. The tool quickly shows which options are ready to order, which need artwork adjustments and which are not compatible with the submitted design. Customers can explore multiple possibilities without submitting their artwork for each patch type.
Fine details, colors and other design elements can translate differently across materials and production methods. The tool helps customers understand those differences early, making it easier to choose a patch that works with their artwork and the look they want to achieve. It also highlights where a design adjustment could open up more choices.
By bringing those answers to the start of the ordering process, the Patch Selector Tool helps reduce back-and-forth artwork reviews and gives customers a clearer path from design to order.
