Enhancing Productivity and Expression in Industrial Digital Printing

As new solutions that enable greater production efficiency and labor savings, richer color expression, and printing on a wider variety of media shapes, all six products will be showcased together at PRINTING United Expo 2026, to be held in Las Vegas, USA, from September 23rd. They will subsequently be introduced at major exhibitions in each region and through invitation-only events held by our sales network, bringing these new solutions to customers around the world.

The three printers, two new ink colors for enhanced expression, and software announced today have each been developed to address the distinct challenges and needs of customers in different markets and help expand the possibilities of their businesses.

1. Large-Format Flatbed UV Printer “JFX220-2515”

The JFX220-2515 is a mid-range, large-format flatbed UV printer. Our newly developed media vacuum system, “ANCHOR TECHNOLOGY,” enables smooth media setup and significantly reduces the time required for print preparation. By maximizing the printer’s inherent production capacity, it creates a production environment that enables customers to handle more jobs within a limited amount of time.

2. Flatbed UV Printers for Custom Goods and Industrial Products “UJF200-3042” / “UJF200-6042”

The UJF200 Series is an inkjet printer lineup for decorating custom goods and industrial

products. Optional camera and belt units support greater automation of the printing process. The camera detects the shape and position of the media and automatically aligns the print image, reducing manual positioning work. The belt can be connected to a production-line conveyor to automate media transport and collection. Used together, these options enable reduced staff and unattended operation, including at night and on holidays, helping increase production output with limited personnel.

The series also offers significantly greater media thickness and load capacity than previous models, enabling direct printing on thick and heavy ready-made products such as carry-on bags and desktop PC housings. It can also handle single customer-supplied items, creating opportunities for new orders.

3. UV Fluorescent Inks for Enhanced Design Expression

New UV fluorescent inks in Pink and Yellow have been added to the lineup and are available for the JFX220-2515 and UJF200 Series. These inks reproduce vivid neon colors that are difficult to achieve with standard CMYK, enabling striking designs for large-format signage, displays, custom goods, and other applications in line with product appeal and brand image.

4. DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printer for Apparel “TxF330-800”

The TxF330-800 is Mimaki’s flagship DTF printer, equipped with our high-quality, high-speed “330 Print Engine.” While maintaining high print quality, it delivers approximately 1.5 times (With the CMYK+W ink configuration) the productivity of previous models. It also supports stable continuous output using 100-meter rolls of DTF film, enabling mass production of custom T-shirts. By handling high-volume orders efficiently, it helps customers meet short delivery times and expand business opportunities.

5. New DTF Ink Colors for Enhanced Apparel Design

For the DTF printer “TxF330-800,” we have added two new DTF ink colors, Pale Pink and Sky Blue. These inks reproduce a richer range of colors, including vivid pinks and greens sought after in the custom T-shirt market, expanding the expressive possibilities of apparel products.

6. "RasterLink8" RIP Software to Unlock the Full Potential of Printers and Inks

We are also introducing RasterLink8, RIP software designed to maximize the productivity and expressive capabilities of the new printers and inks. RasterLink8 not only brings out the performance of printers and inks but also supports more efficient print operations and color management, helping customers make smoother and more effective use of their printers’ capabilities.

The latest RasterLink8 mainly supports the following three new functions:

a. Camera-Based Media Detection and Automatic Data Positioning

The camera detects the position and shape of the media and automatically positions the print data within the software. This significantly reduces the manual work required to arrange media. Applicable printer: UJF200 flatbed UV printer

b. Richer Color Expression with Multicolor Printing

For printers equipped with specialty inks such as UV fluorescent inks, RasterLink8 enables color balancing that makes effective use of each ink’s color characteristics, allowing more vivid color expression. Applicable printers: UJF200 and JFX220 flatbed printers, and TS330 and TS200 dye-sublimation printers

c. Color Matching Across Multiple Printers

RasterLink8 includes a color-matching function that enables customers to adjust colors across multiple printers themselves. This applies not only to printers of the same model, but also to printers designed for different applications. This makes it possible to handle jobs that require consistent color expression across different types of promotional goods featuring the same design, even when multiple printers are used for different applications.
